NFS9500 Adhesive Series Fluorosilicone Rubber
Introduction
This product is suitable for automotive turbocharger hoses and other composite hoses.
It features excellent calendering and co-vulcanization bonding with silicone rubber.
It offers excellent oil and solvent resistance.
PROCESSING ADVICE
It is recommended to use 0.8-1.0 phr of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide (DCBP).
The optimal curing temperature and time shall be determined by the customer according to product dimensions and curing methods.
Package
This product is non-hazardous. Packed in plastic bags inside cartons: 10 kg per bag, 2 bags per carton.
